Molly Ringwald births her twins vaginally
Last week, I shared the inspiring birth story of a mom who birthed her twins vaginally after two cesareans. In that spirit, I share this story of Molly Ringwald who also birth her twins vaginally.
So many women are lead to believe that vaginal birth of twins is dangerous and it leads to many otherwise avoidable cesareans. Women can, and do, birth twins vaginally.

Molly Ringwald plays the mother of a pregnant teen on ABC Family’s The Secret Life of the American Teenager – but in real-life she’s a new mom to twins!
The 80s icon delivered daughter Adele Georgiana and son Roman Stylianos on Friday, July 10 in Los Angeles.
Born naturally, Adele arrived first at 9:01 a.m. followed closely by her brother at 9:04 a.m.
The twins join big sister Mathilda Ereni, 5 ½. As for the age difference between the siblings, "I actually think it’s a good thing considering we’re having twins," Ringwald, 41, told Fit Pregnancy recently.
"It would be so much harder with a toddler than with an almost 6-year-old," she explains. "It’s exciting, especially since it’s a boy and girl … It’s the best of both worlds."
The Secret Life of the American Teenager airs Monday evenings at 8 p.m. on ABC Family.
