I am pregnant and plan on having a VBAC. I am due January 30,2011, as the day gets closer, I get more nervous about it. I hope I am making the right choice in having the VBAC.

I would love to offer you my experience about having a VBAC a year ago. I lived in So Cal up to the 36th week of pregnancy then moved to Northern CA. I was still planning a VBAC birth in the Glendale Area, but when my OB started to waiver on whether or not he would "allow" me to have a VBAC I looked into having the baby up in Northern CA. A day before my scheduled due date, I gave birth to a healthy baby girl vaginally, naturally weighing in at 9 lbs 13 ozs 21 inches long. She was healthy, happy, and no complications. If you would like more detailed information about what i did to prep for having a VBAC, why I chose VBAC as an option, and what happened during the delivery please feel free to email me. Make sure to put VBAC in the subject as I probably won't recognize your email address.

Sincerely,
Bianca (a happy VBAC Mom!)
